1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Panther Funeral Parlour website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Panther Funeral Parlour provides professional funeral services, including but not limited to: • Funeral arrangements and coordination • Funeral policy applications and administration • Pre-planning consultations • Cremation and burial services • Memorial and repatriation services All services are subject to availability and our internal operational capacity.
3. Online Policy Applications
Policy applications submitted through our website are subject to review and approval by Panther Funeral Parlour. Submission of an application does not constitute acceptance or activation of a policy. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided in your application is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected or your policy being voided. A consultant will contact you within 24 business hours to finalise your application.
4. Client Portal
Access to the client portal is restricted to registered clients with valid credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Payments
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of policy activation or service arrangement. Premiums must be paid by the due date specified in your policy schedule. Failure to maintain premium payments may result in the lapsing of your policy. Funeral service fees are payable as agreed in the service contract. Panther Funeral Parlour reserves the right to require a deposit before services commence.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panther Funeral Parlour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Panther Funeral Parlour and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Free State Province.
